This site is operated by Aquilon Tech Ltd ("Aquilon", "we", "us"). We are the data controller (and, under US law, the "business") for personal data collected through aquilonlms.com. We serve clients in the US, the UK, the EU, and internationally, and we handle your data in line with the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA. We use a small number of trusted processors, each under a data processing agreement: Vercel (hosting & cookieless analytics), Resend (transactional email for the contact form), and Google (Analytics, unless you opt out). We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — terms defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
We hold data with security-first providers and align our practices to recognized standards (SOC 2 and ISO 27001). For client LMS platforms, you choose the hosting region (US, EU, or elsewhere), and access is least-privilege, encrypted in transit and at rest.
We're a global operation, so your data may be processed in the US, the UK, or the EU. Where data moves across borders, the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
Contact-form inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the provider's settings (GA4: up to 14 months).
If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@aquilontech.com. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If you're a US resident — including under California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in states like Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas — you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. As noted above, we don't sell or share your information. To exercise these rights, email hello@aquilontech.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising them, and you may use an authorized agent.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
